Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your Henovi account email address and whether you used Google sign-in, Apple sign-in, or guest mode.
Data Deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, Henovi deletes the main account data associated with that account, including:

- Habits, reminders, routines, and related completion logs
- Daily check-ins and weekly reports stored by Henovi
- AI-related user data stored by Henovi, including user traits, mood history, and token usage records
- In-app notifications stored by Henovi
- Refresh sessions and active session records stored by Henovi
- Subscription records, RevenueCat entitlement records, and RevenueCat webhook records stored by Henovi
Data That May Be Retained
Henovi may retain limited information after deletion in the following cases:
- Henovi keeps a limited account deletion log for audit, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance purposes. This log may include your email address, deletion reason, optional comment, account creation timestamp, and deletion timestamp.
- If required by applicable law or for legitimate security and compliance purposes, Henovi may retain limited records for a longer period.
- Subscription, billing, and purchase records held by Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, or other payment providers may continue to be retained by those providers under their own policies.
