Henovi ("Henovi", "we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile application designed to help users manage habits, reminders, routines, check-ins, and AI-assisted planning. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and delete information when you use Henovi.

2. Information We Collect

### 2.1 Account and Profile Information
When you create or use an account, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your profile/avatar image, if you choose to add one
- Your authentication provider (such as email, Google, Apple, or guest mode)

### 2.2 Onboarding and App Content
When you use Henovi, we may collect and store information you create or submit, including:
- Habits, reminders, routines, and related schedule details
- Routine steps and completion activity
- Onboarding answers, goals, preferences, and initial planning input
- Daily check-ins
- Weekly report data and summaries
- Mood history and certain preference or trait information inferred from AI interactions where applicable
- In-app notification records

### 2.3 AI and Voice Input Data
If you use Henovi's AI features, we may process:
- The messages or prompts you submit to the AI assistant
- Related context needed to generate a response, such as selected item type or relevant planning data
- AI-generated outputs, suggestions, and certain derived structured data such as traits or planning suggestions

If you choose to use voice input:
- Henovi may request microphone access
- Audio may be processed by platform speech recognition services to convert speech into text
- Henovi requests microphone access only when you actively choose to use voice input

### 2.4 Device, App, and Session Information
We may collect technical information such as:
- Device identifier
- Platform and operating system version
- App version and build number
- Language and timezone
- Session and token metadata used for authentication and security

### 2.5 Subscription and Purchase Information
If you purchase a subscription, we may receive or store subscription-related data such as:
- Product or plan identifier
- Purchase and renewal status
- Expiration date
- Store/platform information
- RevenueCat entitlement and webhook data
- Limited transaction identifiers or receipt-related metadata needed to validate or manage subscription status

### 2.6 Third-Party Sign-In Information
If you sign in using Google or Apple, we may receive information from those providers such as:
- Your email address
- Your name, when provided by the provider
- Provider-specific account identifiers required for authentication

We use collected information to:

- Authenticate you and maintain secure sessions
- Provide Henovi features, including habits, reminders, routines, check-ins, and weekly summaries
- Generate AI-powered suggestions and responses
- Personalize your experience based on your settings, onboarding inputs, and usage
- Process and restore subscriptions
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Improve app quality and performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

## 4. How AI Features Work
Henovi uses third-party AI infrastructure to generate AI-powered responses and suggestions. When you use AI features, the text you submit and relevant contextual information may be sent to our AI service providers for processing in order to generate results for you.

We may also store certain related metadata, structured outputs, and usage information to support product functionality, quota management, reporting, and service improvement.

## 5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate Henovi, including:
- Authentication providers such as Google or Apple
- AI infrastructure providers
- Subscription and purchase infrastructure providers such as RevenueCat
- Apple App Store and Google Play billing ecosystems, where relevant
- Hosting, infrastructure, database, and security providers

We may also disclose information:
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- To protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Henovi, our users, or others
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, subject to applicable law

## 6. Notifications
Henovi may schedule local notifications on your device if you enable notification permissions. Notification content may reflect the habits, reminders, or routines you create. You can disable notifications in your device or app settings at any time.

## 7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and for legitimate business, security, legal, and operational purposes.

Examples:
- Registered account data is generally retained while your account remains active
- Guest account data may be deleted after prolonged inactivity
- In our current implementation, inactive guest accounts may be removed after approximately 30 days
- Some limited records, such as deletion logs, subscription records, security logs, or legally required records, may be retained for audit, fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute resolution purposes

## 8. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account from within the app where available. When you delete your account, we aim to delete the main account data and associated records tied to that account. However, we may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, enforcement, or audit purposes.

## 9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

## 10. Your Choices
You can:
- Edit certain account and profile information in the app
- Choose whether to use Google, Apple, email, or guest authentication where available
- Disable notification permissions in system settings
- Decline microphone access and continue using text input instead
- Request account deletion from within the app where supported

## 11. Children's Privacy
Henovi is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service independently. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, please contact us.

## 12. International Use
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our infrastructure or service providers operate. By using Henovi, you understand that such processing may occur subject to applicable law.

## 13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we may revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of Henovi after an update becomes effective means the updated policy will apply to your use of the service.
