If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
## 2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Henovi may offer multiple account methods, including:
- Email and password accounts
- Google sign-in on supported platforms
- Apple sign-in on supported platforms
- Guest access on supported platforms
If you use guest mode, some features may be more limited, and guest data may be removed after extended inactivity.
## 3. Use of the Service
Henovi is intended to help users organize habits, reminders, routines, check-ins, and AI-assisted planning. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Service
- Upload or submit malicious code, harmful content, or abusive material
- Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or harm others
- Misuse AI features or submit content you do not have the right to use

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to Henovi, subject to the rights needed for us to operate the Service.
By using Henovi, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, reproduce, and use your submitted content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
## 5. AI Features
Henovi may provide AI-assisted features that generate suggestions, summaries, or organizational guidance. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate in some situations. You are responsible for reviewing any AI-generated suggestions before relying on them.
Henovi's AI features are provided for productivity and organizational support only and are not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
## 6. Health, Wellness, and Critical Use Disclaimer
Henovi may be used to organize wellness, medication, or routine-related reminders, but it is not a medical device, healthcare service, emergency service, or crisis-response tool. Henovi does not provide medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
You should not rely on Henovi as a substitute for professional judgment, medical care, emergency alerts, or time-critical communications.
## 7. Notifications and Reminders
Henovi may allow you to create reminders and notifications. You understand that:
- Notification delivery may depend on your device, operating system, permissions, connectivity, or third-party platform behavior
- Notifications may be delayed, missed, suppressed, or unavailable
- You remain responsible for verifying important deadlines, medication timing, or critical tasks independently
## 8. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features of Henovi may require a paid subscription. Paid subscriptions may be offered through Apple, Google, RevenueCat-supported billing flows, or other authorized billing providers.
If you purchase a subscription:
- Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be shown at the time of purchase
- Auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing handling may be governed by the rules of the relevant app store or billing provider
- We may use providers such as RevenueCat to manage entitlement and subscription status
Failure to pay applicable charges may result in suspension, downgrade, or loss of access to paid features.
## 9. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use creates risk for the Service or other users
- We are required to do so by law
- Continued operation of the Service or part of it is no longer feasible
You may stop using the Service at any time. If supported in the app, you may also request account deletion.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and other non-user content, is owned by Henovi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We may also update features, pricing, eligibility rules, or technical requirements from time to time.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information.
